Summary

Join Xplor as a SaaS Business Development Manager and build relationships with SaaS platforms to integrate and promote our payment solutions. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities. Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with partners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful integration and promotion. This fully remote position offers a base salary of $130,000-$150,000 USD, uncapped commission, and up to 50% travel within the contiguous 48 United States.

Requirements

  • Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within the payments industry or a related technology sector
  • Skills : Strong understanding of the payments industry and the SaaS platform ecosystem
  • Proven track record of developing and managing strategic partnerships
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective business strategies
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Identify and Develop Partnerships : Identify, engage, and develop relationships with SaaS platforms to integrate our payment solutions into their software
  • Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and achieve revenue targets through partnerships
  • Market Analysis : Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities within the payments industry
  • Relationship Management : Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with SaaS platform partners to ensure mutual success and growth
  • Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure successful integration and promotion of payment solutions
  • Contract Negotiation : Lead contract negotiations with SaaS platform partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and compliance with company policies
  • Performance Tracking : Monitor and report on the performance of partnerships, including sales metrics, revenue growth, and market penetration
  • Training and Support : Provide training and support to SaaS platform partners to ensure they are equipped to effectively promote and integrate our payment solutions
  • Industry Networking : Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential partners and stay updated on industry trends and developments

Benefits

  • This position is eligible for a base salary range between $130,000 - $150,000 USD
  • This position is eligible for uncapped commission
