You will guide organizations through HR transformation, ensuring they achieve strategic goals and maximize ROI. Develop comprehensive HR transformation roadmaps, optimize HR processes (including AI integration), and design HR IT system architectures tailored to client needs. Create compelling business cases, conduct ROI calculations, perform readiness assessments, and manage change management initiatives. Conduct project reviews and health checks to ensure long-term success. This role requires practical experience in HR transformation projects, strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and expertise in optimizing HR processes and integrating technologies.

Requirements

  • You bring practical experience in HR transformation projects, ideally in the environment of SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors
  • You think strategically and enjoy solving complex challenges and transforming ideas into actionable plans
  • You are a communication talent, build strong relationships, and manage stakeholders confidently
  • You know how to optimize HR processes and seamlessly integrate technologies to make them more efficient and intelligent
  • You are confident in handling HR IT license and metric models and can clearly demonstrate their value to customers

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive roadmaps for HR transformation projects and optimize HR processes (including KI-Integration) for more efficiency and effectiveness
  • Design HR-IT-Systemarchitekturen and define functional specifications tailored to the needs of clients and following our SAP product strategy
  • Create convincing business cases and conduct ROI calculations
  • Conduct readiness assessments to ensure a successful transformation
  • Support change management initiatives, promote smooth transitions, and maintain close coordination with all stakeholders
  • Conduct project reviews and health checks to ensure long-term project success
