Requirements

  • Any Graduate/ Post Graduation in Hotel Management preferred
  • 8 to 10 years of experience
  • QSR franchise chain, Real Estate industry or retail food chain
  • Strong communication, relationship building and management skills
  • Strong Negotiation Skills
  • Self-motivated and results oriented
  • Business Development Skills (Data Mining, Negotiation Skills)
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Time Management
  • Strong implementation & execution skills
  • Should be willing to travel Extensively

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the opening of new stores (franchises) and competitive acquisitions in the designated territories/ states, especially untapped markets
  • To identify and develop brokers, real estate agents and investors for new franchises
  • Lead generation should be done by the position
