Summary
Join our market research company as a Business Development Manager and drive client acquisition and revenue growth. This full-remote role requires a proven track record of securing clients and delivering projects. You will proactively identify and acquire new clients, develop your portfolio, and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate possesses over 7 years of experience in business development, preferably within market research, and excels in communication and negotiation. Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business development, preferably within the market research or related industry
- Proven ability to acquire clients independently and manage project pipelines
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and exceed targets
- Experience working with small to mid-sized companies (10-20 employees)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach
- Bachelorβs degree
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, approach, and secure new clients with a focus on delivering high-value market research projects
- Leverage your existing network and develop new partnerships to bring in consistent project opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered successfully
- Understand qualitative research methodologies and align offerings with client requirements
- Drive sales to achieve an annual target of 15-20 projects with a value range of IDR 2.2M β 3M
- Develop business plans and case studies to demonstrate the value proposition of our services
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients by ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with qualitative research methods
- An advanced degree or overseas education
