Summary

Join RF Connect as a Business Development Manager and represent the company in a consultative sales role, aligning solutions with customer needs. You will be responsible for identifying and closing new business, managing existing accounts, and conducting sales and technical discussions with clients. This role involves all stages of communication initiatives, from proposal and requirements definition to project planning and implementation. You will report to the EVP of Business Development and must possess strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills. The position requires regular national travel and may necessitate COVID vaccination depending on client site requirements. Responsibilities

  • Establish, build, and manage client relationships
  • Aggressively close sales
  • Responsible for achieving sales goals & maintain sales plans for achievement
  • Interact with customers at the technical level, as required
  • Remain current on relevant technical information by attending meetings, conferences, task forces, and events
  • Identify existing DAS venues with no Maintenance contract and propose a support plan
  • Client presentations and preparation of proposals and documents
  • Apply RF Connect standard processes throughout the design and fulfillment of wireless solutions
  • Perform a variety of activities and functions to support the company and help broaden your knowledge of the business

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business/Communication (or related field) from an accredited institution, or an equivalent combination of experience, certification(s), and education
  • Experience in one of the following: Telecommunications, Networking, Wireless, Cellular, Facility industry desired
