Summary
Join Serigor Inc. as a Business Development Representative (US Staffing) in our Gurugram, India office. You will prospect sales and qualify leads for new and existing accounts, working US EST shifts (7 PM - 4 AM IST). This role offers a base salary plus a performance-based commission. A minimum of 5 years of experience in selling US IT Staffing Services is required, along with an existing client network. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, presentation abilities, and proficiency in MS Office tools. Remote work options are available for the right candidate.
Requirements
- Be able to work in US EST shifts
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in selling US IT Staffing Services
- Have an existing network of prospective clients to close the deals quickly
- Build direct relations with Hiring Managers / Engagement Managers / Decision Makers
- Have experience working with Direct Clients/ Tier 1 Clients / Prime Vendors / Implementation Partners / MSPs
- Have a proven successful sales record in the IT Staffing and Consulting Industry
- Have a consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales expectations
- Possess strong presentation and closing skills
- Be a power-user of MS Office tools
- Demonstrate a strong sense of ethics and professionalism
- Possess a high level of energy, with an outgoing personality
- Have the ability to think outside the box
