Summary
Join ShopBack's dynamic team and contribute to the growth of ShopBack Pay, a new initiative focused on expanding cashback opportunities in the offline/online world. In this role, you will develop and execute strategies for acquiring merchant partners, conduct market research to identify potential clients, and cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide ongoing support to merchant partners, and manage relationships with channel partners. The ideal candidate possesses at least two years of business development or account management experience in the F&B tech space, strong interpersonal and analytical skills, and a self-starter attitude. This is a fast-paced environment requiring the ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy. Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Business Development / Account management experience in the F&B tech space
- Strong interpersonal skills with good analytical skills
- A self-starter and motivated individual with can’t-is-not-an-option attitude. A problem-solver who’s not discouraged by failure or mistakes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Hungry and driven to be part of the process of building a successful business in a startup environment

Responsibilities
- Involve in the development and execution of the company’s strategy for acquiring merchant partners for ShopBack Pay
- To establish and execute the company’s plan in acquiring merchant partners
- Conduct comprehensive market research and identify potential clients within our target categories
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and stay ahead
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, gaining insights into their needs and challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of ShopBack Pay initiatives
- Provide ongoing support to merchant partners, understanding their expectations and optimizing their experience with ShopBack Pay
- Manage relationships with channel partners to enhance the reach and effectiveness of our business development efforts
