Join Xometry, a company connecting those with big ideas to manufacturers, as a Business Development Manager to strengthen our DACH Sales team. This role focuses on driving customer acquisition, onboarding, and retention within a specific region. You will handle incoming applications, develop a client base, assist in order design, manage payments, implement sales plans, and maintain CRM systems. The position offers a transparent incentive system with base salary plus unlimited commission, along with corporate benefits like a laptop, IP telephony, and free language courses. Requirements
- Successful sales experience
- Knowledge of foreign languages: German is must have, English for internal communications
- Ability to negotiate and communicate fluently and competently in foreign languages

- Handle incoming applications
