Summary
Join Beekeeper's high-performing international team as a Sales Development Representative (BDR) and contribute to the growth of a meaningful SaaS company. As a BDR, you will generate new leads and business opportunities, qualifying prospects and setting up meetings. You will be responsible for identifying prospects' needs, qualifying inbound leads, reaching prospects through outbound campaigns, providing insights to marketing, and representing Beekeeper at events. This position demands hard work, self-motivation, and a competitive spirit, along with excellent interpersonal and technical skills. Requirements
- Hard working, self motivated, competitive individual
- Successful track record with generating sales meetings via outbound prospecting efforts
- Skilled at asking the right discovery questions to uncover needs/pains
- Easily understands technology and can translate our technology to prospects
- High emotional IQ and strong willingness to learn
Responsibilities
- Identify prospectsβ needs and pain points during discovery calls, and get them ready for a demo meeting with Account Executives
- Responsible for qualifying inbound leads created by our Digital- and Field Marketing teams
- Reach prospects via outbound campaigns and demonstrate that you are a thought leader in the communication technology space
- Provide insights to Marketing and work together to set up successful campaigns
- Represent Beekeeper during events and webinars
Preferred Qualifications
- Past experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Google Suite
- Proficiency in Spanish
- You are familiar with Manufacturing, Retail or other industries with frontline employees
- Previous experience reaching out to C-level, HR, Operations and IT personas
