Summary

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise business development, ideally selling payment services (Card, Alternative Payments such as BNPL or Instant Payments)
  • Excellent communicator, comfortable engaging with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Strong prospecting, influencing, and negotiation skills with a strategic approach to selling and closing deals
  • Adaptable and confident working in a fast-paced, regulated, and constantly evolving industry
  • Self-motivated, results-driven and passionate about innovation and delivering results
  • Team-oriented with a focus on collective success
  • Willingness to occasionally travel for conferences or meetings
  • Must reside in the Pacific Time (PST) zone, the position is fully remote

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage new enterprise clients and partners through proactive outreach and networking
  • Work with the sales team to structure strategic deals and ensure smooth transitions during hand-offs
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute targeted outbound campaigns
  • Take part in onboarding and sales training for new customers
  • Lead sales meetings representing BitPay, driving pipeline growth and achieving key sales targets
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, forecasts, and communication in the CRM system
  • Gather market insights and customer feedback to inform our go-to-market and product strategies

Experience in the crypto space is a plus!
