Summary
Join Cobalt, a company committed to helping organizations improve their security, as a Business Development Representative (BDR) in Boston. The BDR will identify and create qualified sales opportunities, manage outbound campaigns and inbound leads, and qualify decision-makers. You will be the first point of contact for many customers, showcasing Cobalt's Pentest as a Service (PtasS) offering. High performers with strong alignment to Cobalt's values will have opportunities for career advancement. This role involves occasional hybrid work in Boston, focusing on a CST territory. Responsibilities
- High volume prospecting and lead qualification through outbound phone calls, emails and other channels
- Creative and personalized outbound prospecting within your target accounts
- Leveraging tools including SalesForce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and others to research and connect with potential customers
- Achieving and exceeding weekly/monthly metrics
- Gain business knowledge through researching potential pain points, decision making structures and every day business challenges of our target prospects
- Close alignment with Account Executives on pipeline organization and ongoing prospecting and nurture strategies
- Regular team huddles to celebrate wins and share goals
