Join Dialpad as a Business Development Representative and spearhead outreach to potential clients, working closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to drive lead generation and engagement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of business development or related experience
• Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and client engagement
• Expertise in effective communication, both written and verbal, to articulate value proposition

Responsibilities

• Own the initial contact and lead qualification process, ensuring a strong pipeline of potential clients
• Make tailored outreach strategies that effectively communicate our value proposition to different segments
• Partner with the Marketing and Sales teams to align on messaging and campaign strategies
• Research industry trends and potential client needs to inform and enhance outreach efforts
• Pass off qualified leads to our sales team across all segments, including Inbound Call Centers and Chats, for further engagement and conversion
