Summary
Join Jalasoft as a Business Development Representative and drive our growth strategy by identifying and engaging potential clients, creating interest in our software solutions, and nurturing leads through the sales funnel. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective outreach strategies. This role requires identifying new business opportunities, managing a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools, presenting solutions to clients, building relationships with decision-makers, and collaborating with other teams. You will also negotiate contracts, stay updated on industry trends, and work remotely. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and motivated individual to make a significant impact.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar client-facing role in nearshore companies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to generate leads and meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience working with CRM platforms (HubSpot)
- Self-starter with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold outreach, and networking
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools
- Present our solutions and services to potential clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings
- Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and messaging
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in coordination with senior sales leadership
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
