Summary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar client-facing role in nearshore companies
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to generate leads and meet or exceed sales targets
• Experience working with CRM platforms (HubSpot)
• Self-starter with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold outreach, and networking
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools
• Present our solutions and services to potential clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings
• Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and messaging
• Negotiate contracts and close deals in coordination with senior sales leadership
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
