You will play a key role in identifying and engaging prospective clients, helping them understand how our technology can solve their challenges. This role requires proactive outreach through various channels, qualifying leads through meaningful conversations, collaborating with Account Executives, maintaining CRM accuracy, gathering market feedback, and consistently meeting or exceeding targets. You will need to stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh ideas to the team. Fingerprint is a globally dispersed, 100% remote company with a strong open-source focus. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a BDR or Sales Development role within SaaS, selling to technical decision-makers
- Proven track record of generating qualified opportunities and meeting/exceeding targets
- Experience with both outbound and inbound lead generation strategies, using traditional outbound methods and an eye creative and unique outbounding methods
- Strong communication skills – able to craft compelling outreach messages, drive value-focused conversations and confidently engage with prospects
- Solutions-oriented and adaptable, with a proactive mindset and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Experience using Salesforce and HubSpot or similar CRM and sales engagement platforms
- Ability to quickly understand and articulate Fingerprint’s product value to potential clients
Responsibilities
- Engage & Identify Prospects – Proactively reach out to potential customers through email, phone, social media, and events to generate interest and build a qualified pipeline
- Qualify Leads – Conduct meaningful conversations to understand business needs, ask insightful questions, and determine the best fit for Fingerprint’s solutions
- Collaborate with Sales – Work closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and share key insights to strengthen customer engagement
- Maintain CRM Accuracy – Keep Salesforce and Outreach.io up to date with detailed notes and follow-ups, ensuring clean and reliable pipeline data
- Market & Product Feedback – Gather valuable insights from prospects and share feedback with internal teams to help shape our go-to-market strategy
- Meet & Exceed Goals – Consistently achieve or outperform monthly and quarterly targets for outreach, lead generation, and booked meetings
- Continuous Learning & Development – Stay ahead of industry trends, customer pain points, and competitors to refine outreach strategies and bring fresh ideas to the team
