Summary

Join our team as a Business Development Representative and play a pivotal role in expanding our client base. Requirements

  • 2 years of sales experience (staffing solutions, healthcare, general business)
  • Proven track record of handling customer relationships successfully
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Local US accent is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Gmail, RingCentral, SalesForce, Monday.com, Time Clock Wizard
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and RingCentral
  • Have experience selling staffing solutions to businesses, preferably in Healthcare

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
  • Track all activities in SF, maintain tasks and keep current by updating account information regularly
  • Communicate lead pain points and challenges to Placements and IMs
  • Maintain a well-developed, and nurtured pipeline of prospects
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with leads
  • Meet and/or exceed set goals
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
  • Openness and willingness to be trained and coached
  • Perform ad hoc-related tasks as assigned
  • Maintain correct data entry into the Sales Report
  • Other side tasks assigned by Sales Manager - John
