Requirements
- 1β2+ years of cold calling or outbound sales experience
- Near-native fluency in spoken and written English
- High comfort level speaking to tradesmen, contractors, and small business owners
- Ability to build rapport, handle objections, and hold smart conversations
- Experience working with CRMs and dialing tools
- Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to book meetings that show
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective leads in the home services industry
- Build rapport with tradesmen and small business owners across the U.S
- Qualify prospects and schedule appointments with the sales team, making sure these prospects show up to the booked calls
- Follow up with no-shows and reschedule as needed to maintain pipeline momentum
- Update and maintain records in the company's CRM
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience calling into the home services or blue-collar SMB space
- Background in SaaS, marketing services, or platforms selling to local businesses
- Familiarity with lead sourcing tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, or Clay
