Join our client's dynamic team as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and play a key role in acquiring new clients and driving revenue. You will focus on sales development, outbound outreach, lead generation, and converting MQLs to SQLs. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to collaborate with marketing and client development teams. Responsibilities include lead generation, outbound outreach, lead qualification, sales campaign support, CRM management, and prospect relationship management. Success will be measured by consistent lead generation, effective lead qualification, pipeline management, goal achievement, and client engagement. Requirements
- Experience : 2+ years experience in tele-prospecting and marketing campaigns in a B2B sales environment, with a proven track record in driving a network of contacts and prospects
- CRM Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM software
- Sales Process Success : Demonstrated success in supporting the sales process to achieve revenue targets
- Communication Skills : Fluent English written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Resilience and Motivation : Ability to maintain energy, optimism, and a positive attitude in challenging times
- Consistent Lead Generation : Successful generation of leads through omni-channel strategies, including calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Effective Lead Qualification : Converting MQLs to SQLs by ensuring high-quality lead qualification and follow-up
- Pipeline Management : A healthy pipeline maintained with consistent updates in the CRM, ensuring smooth handoffs and tracking
- Goal Achievement : Meeting or exceeding set sales targets and performance metrics, including 50 calls per day and weekly meetings booked
- Client Engagement : Establishing strong relationships with prospects and maintaining consistent follow-up to drive new business
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation : Identify sales opportunities and generate leads through research, networking, and prospecting
- Outbound Outreach : Initiate outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging to schedule meetings and conference calls with key prospects at target companies
- Lead Qualification : Qualify and process leads via website, email, phone, and referrals to ensure high-quality prospects
- Sales Campaign Support : Work with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns and promotions
- Collaboration with Client Development Managers : Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads and client development efforts
- CRM Management : Document and maintain up-to-date information on all sales activity, including calls, meetings, emails, etc., using CRM tools to ensure accurate reporting
- Prospect Relationship Management : Maintain relationships with individual prospects and contribute to achieving revenue targets
- Sales and Networking Program Support : Implement new sales programs, events, and tools to support business growth
- Sales Intelligence Tools : Leverage sales intelligence tools like ZoomInfo and SalesIntel for better lead generation
- Achieving Sales Targets : Assist in meeting or exceeding sales revenue goals for acquiring new clients and reaching other sales-related targets
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in selling technology security and compliance services is highly preferred
- HubSpot experience is highly preferred
- Experience with sales intelligence tools (SalesIntel, ZoomInfo) is highly advantageous
