Summary

Join Everstream Analytics as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and drive new business conversations with senior decision-makers at Fortune 100/500 companies. You will be responsible for driving top-of-funnel activity and building long-term client partnerships. This role requires proven outbound sales success in a SaaS environment, a strategic mindset, and strong communication skills. You will research, prospect, and connect with enterprise accounts, crafting targeted outreach to open doors with senior leaders. The position is 100% remote and requires authorization to work in the US. Everstream offers a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales environment.

Requirements

  • Proven Outbound Success: 2+ years in a SaaS-based BDR/SDR role, comfortable running high-quality, targeted outreach at scale
  • Strategic Mindset: You know how to prioritize accounts, personalize your outreach, and move deals forward
  • Coachability is Key: You welcome feedback, learn quickly, and constantly sharpen your skills
  • Consultative Communicator: You donโ€™t just pitch โ€” you connect, listen, and uncover real business challenges
  • Tech-Enabled: Youโ€™re fluent in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), prospecting tools, and ABM platforms like Demandbase
  • Mission-Driven: You're energized by our vision to help global organizations build smarter, more resilient supply chains
  • Location-Aligned: Youโ€™re based in the Eastern Time Zone or able to work core East Coast business hours

Responsibilities

  • Drive New Business: Research, prospect, and connect with enterprise accounts across key industries in the East Coast region
  • Spark Strategic Conversations: Craft targeted outreach that opens doors with senior leaders around risk, resilience, and digital transformation
  • Own the First Impression: Position Everstream as the trusted partner global brands turn to for predictive risk insights
  • Master the Message: Learn our platform inside and out, understand real-world supply chain pain points, and deliver a compelling story to decision-makers
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to align strategies and execute smart campaigns
  • Leverage Top Tools: Use Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Demandbase to optimize your workflow and outcomes
  • Continuously Improve: Embrace feedback, test new approaches, and refine your tactics to consistently exceed activity and meeting goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in supply chain, manufacturing, industrial engineering, or operations
  • Familiarity with tools such as ZoomInfo, Gong, Sales Navigator, and Demandbase
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales environment
