Summary
Join Ivanti as a Business Development Representative and qualify, develop, and expand business from existing customers in EMEA. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Qualify and develop cross-sell, up-sell, and net new business from existing customers
- Prospect and develop new customer leads
- Meet business and phone metrics
- Deliver qualified opportunities to drive sales pipeline
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams
- Follow up on marketing-generated leads
- Create strategies to convert leads into qualified opportunities
- Utilize phone, email, and LinkedIn InMail for outreach
- Learn about Ivanti's products and solutions
- Familiarize yourself with the company culture and sales processes
- Understand the target market and customer personas
- Shadow experienced team members to learn best practices
- Build relationships with marketing and sales team members
- Develop a deep understanding of the existing customer base in EMEA
- Meet and exceed daily call and talk time metrics
- Qualify and develop leads from marketing-generated activities
- Deliver qualified opportunities to drive sales pipeline
- Attend and actively participate in marketing events and webinars
- Continue to build relationships with customers, prospects, and partners
- Proactively identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities with existing customers
- Expand the network through social selling and prospecting on LinkedIn
- Schedule virtual or face-to-face meetings with prospects and customers
- Contribute to call campaigns and call-out days with Ivanti Partners
- Effectively use Salesforce and customer contact database for contact management
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized sales strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities in Salesforce
- Meet and exceed weekly call, talk time, and pipeline metrics
- Handle incoming product requests and questions via Drift chat tool
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and metrics
- Identify and close net new business opportunities
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the competitive landscape
- Continuously learn and innovate sales techniques and strategies
- Provide feedback and insights on product positioning and customer needs to the marketing team
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the EMEA market
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success
- Contribute to the development of sales and marketing collateral
- Mentor and support new hires joining the business development team
Preferred Qualifications
