Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in a BDR role
  • SaaS or Tech Industry Experience
  • Strong written communication, phone, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and strong time management skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, changing environment with minimal direction

Responsibilities

  • Make 50+ calls and send 50+ personalized emails per day
  • Find and add 20+ new contacts into your call cadence
  • Leverage Multi-Channel Outreach – Use calls, emails, LinkedIn, video, and other tools to engage prospects effectively
  • Attend 1:1’s, team meetings, training, sales calls, discovery calls, demos, etc. to develop your skills
  • Collaborate with your peers sharing standard methodologies, best practices and role-playing to make sure you’re focused on continuous improvement
  • Compete with yourself, your co-workers, and other teams
  • Be self-disciplined, accountable, and reliable
  • Methodically qualify, build and maintain a sales pipeline of qualified opportunities, maintain a volume of activity including outbound cold calls, emails & prospecting

Preferred Qualifications
