Requirements

• Proven experience in business development within the staffing industry, particularly in technical recruiting
• Existing Rolodex of contacts and the ability to immediately bring in qualified requisitions (reqs)
• Ability to work independently and manage your pipeline of opportunities effectively
• Demonstrated success in securing meetings with hiring managers and filling staffing needs
• Ability to prove performance within the first 30 days
• Experience working on a 1099 contractor basis with performance-based compensation

Responsibilities

• Leverage your existing Rolodex and network to generate and secure new business opportunities within the staffing industry, specifically for technical roles
• Bring in qualified requisitions (reqs) and secure meetings with hiring managers to discuss staffing needs
• Proactively identify and target new clients in need of staffing solutions, building long-term relationships
• Demonstrate your ability to produce results and bring in business within 30 days
• Work independently to manage your business development efforts and achieve growth targets
• Maintain strong communication with clients and understand their evolving staffing needs
• Collaborate with the staffing team to ensure the fulfillment of client reqs and provide quality talent
