Requirements

  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or telemarketing (healthcare industry experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects over the phone
  • Comfortable making 100+ cold calls per week and managing a high volume of outreach
  • Results-driven, with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

  • Engage and Set Meetings with healthcare organizations, including hospitals, health systems, medical groups, physician practices, and payers, through cold calls, targeted emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new business opportunities
  • Effectively communicate the value of RPM Healthcare's solutions to potential clients
  • Collaborate with Sales Executives to create tailored prospecting strategies, ensuring monthly meeting goals are met
  • Utilize tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo to identify, qualify, and track leads
  • Consistently execute outbound prospecting efforts by following strategic sequences in HubSpot, utilizing high-volume calls, LinkedIn, and emails, while staying organized and adaptable to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HubSpot or other CRM software
  • Experience with ZoomInfo
