Summary
Join RPM Healthcare, a leading provider of Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) solutions, as a Business Development Representative. This 100% remote position requires you to schedule meetings with mid-sized medical practices and health systems using HubSpot. You will make 150+ cold calls weekly, log activity in HubSpot, and collaborate with Sales Executives. The role demands strong communication, experience in business development or sales, and proficiency with HubSpot and ZoomInfo. Requirements
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or telemarketing (healthcare industry experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects over the phone
- Comfortable making 150+ cold calls per week and managing a high volume of outreach
- Results-driven, with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
Responsibilities
- Engage and Set Meetings with healthcare organizations, including hospitals, health systems, medical groups, physician practices, and payers, through cold calls, targeted emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new business opportunities
- Effectively communicate the value of RPM Healthcare's solutions to potential clients
- Collaborate with Sales Executives to create tailored prospecting strategies, ensuring monthly meeting goals are met
- Utilize tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo to identify, qualify, and track leads
- Consistently execute outbound prospecting efforts by following strategic sequences in HubSpot, utilizing high-volume calls, LinkedIn, and emails, while staying organized and adaptable to changing priorities
