Business Development Representative

Requirements

• 2/3 years of experience as an SDR or BDR
• Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM
• Advanced English Skills
• Proven experience in B2B sales or account management
• Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Contact potential commercial clients
• Connect with potential clients via a combination of direct phone calls and follow-up emails and qualify via a pre-determined set of guidelines/rules to understand their needs
• Collaborate with and support internal teams to tailor solutions according to client requirements and ensure smooth service delivery
• Regularly meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company
• Build and maintain strong, client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through the conversion process to the sales team
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors to effectively position our partner´s offerings
• Maintain accurate, updated account records/information by contact in CRM
• Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to management

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
