Summary

Join our team at Career.io as a Business Development Representative and help us revolutionize the career-services industry by generating leads, prospecting potential clients, and booking demos for the Sales Team. This is a 100% remote/work-from-home role.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of prior BDR experience
  • Experience crafting/creating targeted outbound marketing campaigns to send in sequences to targeted prospects
  • Ability to qualify leads and do proper due diligence and discovery on prospects
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, presentation style)

Responsibilities

  • Perform outreach to potential clients through email, phone calls, and LinkedIn messaging to set appointments for the sales team
  • Promptly respond to inbound requests from potential clients seeking more information or a meeting, coordinating with the sales team to set appointments
  • Track all outreach and lead generation efforts in the CRM, ensuring accurate record-keeping and status updates for sales prospects
  • Schedule meetings between enterprise clients and the appropriate sales representatives based on the lead’s readiness and interest
  • Proactively reach out to potential enterprise clients with recommendations for services that could enhance their business success
  • Maintain specific KPIs related to weekly/monthly/quarterly outbound prospecting goals

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using prospecting tools and outbound email campaign tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Seamless A.I
