Summary

Join WorkRamp as a Business Development Representative to serve as the sales team's first point of contact and help prospects and customers understand the value of WorkRamp. This is a unique chance to join as a founding member of the high-caliber sales organization.

Requirements

  • Strong desire to work in Sales at an early-stage startup
  • 2-3 years of customer-facing work experience (SaaS experience is a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills, including cold-calling and email
  • Expert time-management within a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using Sales technologies (Salesforce, Outreach, LeadIQ, Sales Nav, etc)
  • Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales Development Leadership and Marketing to engage with the right prospects from the right accounts to drive pipeline and revenue goals
  • Achieve qualified meeting and pipeline goals by prospecting and setting meetings with leads
  • Generating new business pipeline for Account Executives
  • Successfully manage and overcome sales objections
  • Collaborate with Marketing to run data-driven nurturing campaigns
  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospects
  • Articulate and demonstrate the value of our product to prospects
  • Document prospect interaction in a variety of tools to ensure efficient lead management
