Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in business development or telemarketing
• Experience selling consulting/professional services or software products, preferably in the IT services sector
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage C-level and technical audiences
• Proven track record in leveraging sales and business development best practices
• Extensive network of contacts and strong networking skills are advantageous
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or CMS applications required

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a cohesive sales and business development strategy for IMS/MSP solutions
• Engage with clients and prospects to craft tailored solution strategies, ensuring accountability for set revenue and financial goals
• Collaborate with internal leaders to identify and foster strategic partnerships
• Demonstrate thought leadership regarding trends and opportunities in the IMS/MSP market
• Understand and influence end-user decision-making to maximize revenue and market adoption
• Lead change management initiatives and oversee demand generation and lead qualification
• Respond to RFPs and compose sales proposals aimed at securing long-term consulting contracts
• Engage with C-level executives to effectively present and sell our services
• Conduct cold calling and manage outbound calls to potential customers
• Utilize customized sales strategies and maintain a record of calls through our CRM system
• Answer customer inquiries and guide them through the purchasing process
• Maintain an organized record of calls and interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups
