  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage new business opportunities in the healthcare industry, focusing on facilities looking to hire nursing professionals
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers at healthcare organizations, hospitals, and staffing agencies
  • Effectively communicate the value of NurseRecruiter's job board and recruitment services to prospective clients
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth transition to our account management team
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to drive sales strategies and achieve revenue goals
  • Provide ongoing feedback to management on industry trends and customer needs to refine our offerings
