Summary
Join our team as a Sales Operations Manager and oversee sales operations while supervising a team of Business Development Representatives. You will guide the team's daily tasks, re-engage prospective clients, schedule meetings, track activities in Salesforce, and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects. This role requires developing strong relationships with leads, coordinating with other departments, and submitting performance reports. Requirements
- At least 5 years of sales management experience in staffing solutions
- Ability to coach and train new hires and existing team members
- Proficiency in running reports in CRM(Salesforce)
- Good business sense
- A deep understanding of marketing principles
- Proven track record of handling customer relationships successfully
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated
- Strong verbal and written communications kills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, email management
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and Ring Central
- Performs ad-hoc related activities as assigned
Responsibilities
- Supervises and oversees the Business Development Department
- Shadows and guides all Business Development Representatives in their day-to-day tasks
- Engage in outreach to reestablish communication with prospective clients that have previously been managed by the team
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
- Tracks all activities in SF, maintains tasks, and keep current by updating account information regularly
- Communicates lead pain points and challenges to Placements and AMs
- Maintain a well-developed and nurtured pipeline of prospects
- Develops strong, ongoing relationships with leads
- Coordinates with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
- Audit, Review, Submit EOM Sales Performance Reports
- Maintains correct data entry into the SalesReport
- Coordinates sales-related initiatives with other departments
- Plans and oversees new marketing initiatives
- Trains personnel and helps team members develop their skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- 5 years of sales management experience in staffing solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A deep understanding of marketing principles
- Ability to coach and train new hires and existing team members
