Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience with a proven track record in a similar role in the Information technology field
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills; written, verbal, and formal presentation, with the ability to confidently and effectively communicate to senior leadership
- Advanced SQL skills (window functions, stored procedures, CTEβs, etc.)
- Proficient Python skills
- Knowledge of data types and database structures (BigQuery familiarity is a plus)
- Proficient in general Go-to-Market (GTM) principles and strategies
- Thorough understanding of digital marketing data including lead generation, lead lifecycles, web analytics, A/B testing, Paid Advertising, and attribution models
- Advanced proficiency with business intelligence tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau)
Responsibilities
- Present and translate complex information in relevant business terms
- Collaborate with the regional marketing and digital marketing teams to provide performance analysis and identify improvement opportunities
- Regularly create, edit, and improve complex SQL queries for data extraction and automation
- Utilize Looker, SQL, and Python to develop ad hoc reports that are digestible and relevant
- Provide data to the marketing team for full funnel analysis, nurture campaigns performance, and campaign ROI with an eye for optimization
- Develop robust and insightful reports on regular cadences to communicate the performance of regional sales teams, marketing events, business development, and customer lifecycles
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Cloud hyper scalers AWS, GGP and Azure
- Understanding of Salesforce-specific data modeling concepts
- Understanding of marketing automation tools like Pardot
