Summary

Join Graphite, a technology-enabled growth agency, as our next Business Intelligence Analyst! This fully remote position plays a pivotal role in driving company growth by influencing decision-making and infrastructure. You will support the development of new business opportunities, optimize internal infrastructure, and create data-driven insights using PowerBI. We seek a team player with strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a business sense. The ideal candidate will have experience with PowerBI, Salesforce, and automation tools. Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of relevant experience in PowerBI
  • Experience with automation tools
  • CRM and Sales Enablement tools, especially Salesforce CRM and Zapier
  • Passion for researching and building business cases around identified opportunities (size of the business, potential sales, revenues, etc.)
  • Comfortable defining the KPIs and metrics to measure success, and being held accountable to them
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Critical thinking and analytical/problem-solving skills, and the ability to combine and balance qualitative analysis with a proven understanding of strategy, operations, interpersonal, and technical competencies
  • Ability to prioritize and manage work and trade-offs against critical project timelines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects and deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the Business Intelligence Manager
  • Support the development of new business opportunities for Graphite’s different business units
  • Assist with building, optimizing, and analyzing our internal infrastructure
  • Work with PowerBI to build dashboards and insights to ensure we take data-driven decisions and strategize upon them
  • Help us streamline revenue, marketing, and sales operations
  • Research and analyze prospective leads’ company, direct and indirect competitors, and markets
  • Orchestrate strategic and cross-functional business activities and projects with sharp business acuity, creativity, and attention to detail
  • Create tracking, reporting, and dashboards that support the sales and customer retention efforts

Preferred Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or any Engineering degree is preferred
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
