The client is hiring a remote Business Intelligence Analyst to collaborate with cross-functional teams on data analysis, conduct testing and quality assurance for their platforms, provide customer support, generate reports based on client requirements, perform product and market research, and assist in sales and marketing campaigns. The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree, be passionate about data, proficient in Excel, SQL, and Python, and have strong project management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries and analyzing data correlations

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze patent, financial, and market data for large contracts
• Conduct testing and quality assurance for our 2.0 DaaS and SaaS platforms
• Provide customer support and manage feedback for the 2.0 platforms
• Research and generate reports based on client requirements
• Perform product and market research related to our technologies
• Assist in content creation, lead generation, and outreach for sales and marketing campaigns
• Execute sales and marketing campaigns, including daily sales routines, discovery calls, and prospecting
