Summary

The job is for a Human Centered Design professional who will coordinate Agile development, provide transparency in UI/UX design processes, develop style guides, create personas, wireframes, prototypes, and journey maps, facilitate service design workshops, perform user research and usability testing, synthesize qualitative and quantitative information, and ensure 508 and WCAG Compliance.

Requirements

• Must have a working knowledge of Human Centered Design
• Must have experience with:. - Providing transparency in UI/UX design processes - Coordinate Agile development - Developing style guides - Persona development and analysis - Wire frame and prototype development - Facilitating service design / HCD workshops with end users and stakeholders - Performing user research and usability testing with FEMA end users - Developing and analyzing Journey Maps - Synthesizing qualitative and quantitative information to form impactful insights
• Must have knowledge of 508 and WCAG Compliance
