Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Strong communication skills to present data insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to visualize data effectively
- Collaborate cross-functionally to provide data-driven recommendations that impact strategy and operational efficiency
- Support strategic initiatives through data analysis, interpretation, and dissemination
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear, actionable formats
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the fintech industry is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
