Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, preferably within digital or e-commerce environments
• Strong proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Google Looker) for building dashboards and generating actionable insights
• Commercial and strategic mindset with ability to provide analytical solutions to business objectives and problems
• Proven track record of managing tasks efficiently and achieving results in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple work streams while working cross-functionally toward aligned goals

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into business performance, enabling cross functional stakeholders to monitor performance against strategic objectives
• Analyze OKR data regularly to identify business opportunities and operational improvement opportunities in alignment with companies strategic objectives
• Develop models for trend predictions and proactive insights to inform decision-making
• Collaborating with other teams, such as product and marketing analytics team and data warehouse to ensure smooth integration and data consumption
• Ensure accuracy and alignment of data definitions and standards with company standards to facilitate timely decision-making and enhance overall data quality
