Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience in overseeing and driving digital transformation initiatives within the banking sector and proven track record of successful project execution and collaborative product development in the area of Core Banking or Lending
• Deep Expertise in Lending or Core Banking
• Strong Business Acumen paired with IT Solution Design skills
• Business Fluent German and English
