Summary

The A-Pioneer Future Leaders Program is a 12-month training initiative by Amartha company aimed at developing future Business Managers in Bali and Nusa Tenggara area. The program offers on-the-job training, intensive leadership development, mentoring, and the chance to lead a field office team.

Requirements

• Student or recently graduated from Bachelor Degree
• Minimum IPK 3.00/4.00
• Have a driving license for SIM C
• Currently living in Bali or Nusa Tenggara area
• Familiar with Google Spreadsheet & Microsoft Excel
• Involved in university organizations or communities
• Commit to placement in Bali or Nusa Tenggara area
• Firm commitment to take part in the full 1 year program
• Passionate to make an impact and empower others
• Good in communication skill, result oriented, and strong to adapt in dynamic situation

Responsibilities

• Lead field office team
• Participate in the lending business process
