Summary

The Commercial Business Manager at R3 supports the commercial division to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working within a sales support or data intelligence role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to analyse sales data and market trends
  • Experience of working across multiple departments including sales, product, marketing and legal
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for management of R3 CRM and ensure maintenance of good quality data
  • Regular validation of opportunities with the Sales team to validate the pipeline is creditable and robust
  • Continuous review of deal opportunities with the sales teams ensuring the status is accurate and next steps are articulated appropriately
  • Act as Bid Manager overseeing RFI and RFP responses, chairing internal meetings, logging key decisions, tracking milestones and actions
  • Work with commercial stakeholders to measure KPIs and provide insights into the performance of business processes
  • Create reports and dashboards to provide insights to various teams on sales pipeline and commercial performance
  • Provide a bridge between teams across the company working with various departments to drive success in commercial initiatives and projects
  • Partner with the CRM dev team to deliver change, priorities work and train the wider organisation
  • Drive a culture of data and insights within the organisation, owning R3’s sales data model, process and workflows with the commercial systems
  • Support the preparation and generation of R3’s quarterly board pack

Preferred Qualifications

Understanding of DLT / Blockchain technologies beneficial
