Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business operations analysis, with a strong focus on automation and continuous improvement
- Proven experience in project management, with the ability to lead multiple projects concurrently
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Python, or any low-code automation tools)
- Proficient in data analysis using tools like Excel or Power BI
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization
Responsibilities
- Work with teams to identify painpoints and operational bottlenecks
- Lead continuous improvement projects-from problem definition to implementing solutions to measurement of results
- Develop and implement automation workflows using AI, scripting, or low-code platforms
- Lead projects from ideation to completion, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholders
- Use analytics tools to uncover performance trends and recommend optimizations
- Document processes, track project outcomes, and report impact to leadership
- Train and support teams on new tools and processes to drive adoption
