Summary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Data
• At least 12 to 18 months of work experience in a related field and setting
• Excellent spoken and written English skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills and mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain a set of business processes
• Assist in internal project oversight, maintain data accuracy in management systems and tools, and prepare business review presentations
• Facilitate document creation and management, including contracts, operational paperwork and process documentation
• Conduct data analysis for business performance assessments and financial forecasting. Maintain key company performance metrics and provide an overview of performance to the leadership team
• Organize and support company events and online all-team meetings
• Engage with team members across departments to ensure efficient workflow and communication
• Monitor and ensure compliance to company standards and external regulations
