Business Operations Engineer Intern

Summary

Join our Business Operations team as a BizOps Engineer Intern and contribute to optimizing and automating processes, ensuring Joko operates at the highest level of efficiency. As a technical and project management expert, you will design and implement processes, lead strategic projects, and grow your business acumen.

Requirements

• Education: in your final year at a top engineering school or have led outstanding entrepreneurial projects
• Strong analytical skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and comfort in a technical environment
• Fluent in English both written and spoken, as we are expanding internationally. Mastering French is not required

Responsibilities

• Leverage technical and project management skills to continuously optimize and automate processes
• Design and implement processes for one or several teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Service, Account Management, Marketing, Finance)
• Gather feedback and needs from stakeholders and produce specifications accordingly
• Implement features A to Z, either using no-code or low-code solutions, acting as a Product Manager, or implementing the features yourself
• Lead and coordinate strategic projects with multiple stakeholders aimed at improving the company's operational and financial performance
