Requirements
- Certifications in business analysis and process improvement methodologies (e.g., ISEB and or Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, PROSCI ADKAR)
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and project management software
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., Sage, HubSpot)
- Familiarity with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Proven experience in business process analysis or related roles
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Work closely with business stakeholders, including managers, department heads, and executives, to understand business requirements and objectives
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews to gather insights and feedback for process improvements
- Own a centrally controlled business requirements document for management of priorities and deliverables
- Analyse and document existing business processes across various departments
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas of improvement within current processes
- Gather and evaluate data related to business performance, workflow, and system effectiveness
- Propose and develop process improvements that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance performance
- Design and implement new business processes, workflows, and automation strategies
- Collaborate with departments to implement and test new processes or systems
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on progress, results, and recommendations
