Requirements

  • 2-4 years in business process analysis or similar roles, with experience working with multiple teams
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Proficient in process mapping tools (Visio, Miro)
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
  • Data analysis (Basic SQL Queries, data aggregation and transformation, data cleaning, summarizing, and visualization)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong ability to analyze workflows, spot inefficiencies, and suggest improvements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex ideas clearly to different audiences
  • High attention to detail in documenting processes, reporting, and analyzing data
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Fluent in English and russian

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact between departments (IT, Operations, Finance, Bizdev) to align and improve cross-functional workflows
  • Create process maps, flowcharts, and SOPs to document and improve workflows, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency, productivity, and alignment with company goals
  • Work with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements for process improvements
  • Lead the integration of new processes and technologies across departments, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions
  • Analyze data to evaluate process performance, identify trends, and provide improvement insights
  • Work closely with teams to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and process changes
  • Provide training on new processes and ensure consistent implementation across teams
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process improvements and the success of cross-team collaboration
  • Address and escalate issues when needed to ensure timely resolution and avoid operational disruptions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, BPM)
  • Knowledge of automation tools and basic Python
  • Familiarity with industry-specific practices (psp, acquiring, payment gateway)
