Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Python or SQL developer
- Solid understanding of banking processes (Retail or Private Banking experience is a plus)
- Fluent in English (Bonus: German speakers welcome!)
- Hands-on experience with Process Design and BPM Workflow tools (e.g., Camunda)
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for digging into problems with curiosity and determination
Responsibilities
- Dive deep into existing and new business processes, identifying opportunities for automation, scaling, and optimization
- Participate in key Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) phases
- Planning: Define process requirements and map out application needs
- Analysis: Uncover gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Design & Development: Build application designs, databases, and workflows
- Testing: Conduct unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Deployment & Support: Configuration, implementation, and ongoing production support
- Provide deployment services like training, data conversion, and ensuring a smooth production turnover
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure deliverables align with business goals while continuously improving processes
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of BluePrism, AI-powered applications, Agile methods, and Change Management is a big advantage
