Business Process Automation Developer

As a Business Process Automation Developer, you will design, automate, and optimize Front2Back processes using tools like Camunda. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Python or SQL developer
• Solid understanding of banking processes (Retail or Private Banking experience is a plus)
• Fluent in English (Bonus: German speakers welcome!)
• Hands-on experience with Process Design and BPM Workflow tools (e.g., Camunda)
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for digging into problems with curiosity and determination

Responsibilities

• Dive deep into existing and new business processes, identifying opportunities for automation, scaling, and optimization
• Participate in key Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) phases
• Planning: Define process requirements and map out application needs
• Analysis: Uncover gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Design & Development: Build application designs, databases, and workflows
• Testing: Conduct unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Deployment & Support: Configuration, implementation, and ongoing production support
• Provide deployment services like training, data conversion, and ensuring a smooth production turnover
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure deliverables align with business goals while continuously improving processes

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of BluePrism, AI-powered applications, Agile methods, and Change Management is a big advantage
