Business Process Automation Developer

As a Business Process Automation Developer, you will design, automate, and optimize Front2Back processes using tools like Camunda. You will collaborate with stakeholders, participate in all SDLC phases, and provide deployment services. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Python or SQL developer
• Solid understanding of banking processes (Retail or Private Banking experience is a plus)
• Fluent in English (Bonus: German speakers welcome!)
• Hands-on experience with Process Design and BPM Workflow tools (e.g., Camunda )
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for digging into problems with curiosity and determination

Responsibilities

• Dive deep into existing and new business processes, identifying opportunities for automation, scaling, and optimization
• Participate in key Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) phases
• Planning : Define process requirements and map out application needs
• Analysis : Uncover gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Design & Development : Build application designs, databases, and workflows
• Testing : Conduct unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Deployment & Support : Configuration, implementation, and ongoing production support
• Provide deployment services like training, data conversion , and ensuring a smooth production turnover
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure deliverables align with business goals while continuously improving processes

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of BluePrism , AI-powered applications , Agile methods , and Change Management is a big advantage
