Business Process Automation Specialist

Summary

IMPACT BRANDS is a leading health and wellness industry contributor with a remote team of over 300 colleagues across multiple brands. The Business Process Automation Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process automation opportunities, design and implement solutions using Google Cloud technologies, analyze workflows for optimization, and provide training and support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in process automation, preferably within the E-commerce industry
• Demonstrated experience with process automation and scripting languages (e.g., Python)
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and Google products (e.g., BigQuery, Looker Studio)
• Understanding of data management concepts and knowledge of data integration tools
• Familiarity with database systems and query languages (e.g., SQL) for data retrieval and manipulation
• Understanding of automation tools and frameworks
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Keen attention to details
• Willingness to learn and develop daily

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvement
• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Google Cloud technologies and other relevant tools
• Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify areas for automation and optimization
• Develop scripts, workflows, and integrations to automate repetitive tasks and streamline business operations
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of automation solutions to ensure reliability and accuracy
• Provide training and support to team members on automated processes and tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing and/or E-commerce
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Proven experience with RPA solutions
