Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in Marketing Operations, ideally in a SaaS or Enterprise software for a B2B high-tech company
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
  • Hands-on experience with Pardot and Salesforce
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility to easily adapt and change course in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated success in effectively driving results
  • Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot) to execute marketing campaigns including email, lead nurturing, and scoring programs
  • Implement and maintain integrations between marketing automation and CRM systems (ChiliPiper, Pardot, Salesforce) to ensure seamless data flow and accuracy
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including template design, calls-to-action, and support in content creation
  • Segment and manage contact lists and databases for targeted marketing activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and Business Systems to ensure alignment on marketing automation processes and objectives
  • Provide reporting and insights on key marketing metrics, such as lead generation, conversion rates, website traffic, and campaign effectiveness
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation and operations
  • Work closely with the Event Marketing Team to support in promoting the event, uploading attendee information, and post-event follow-ups
  • Manage the import of third-party data into CRM and marketing automation systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations
  • Provide campaign briefs to the Sales and Marketing teams, so they are prepared to follow up the MQLs with relevant information
