Requirements

• Master's degree in social sciences (IO psychology preferred)
• 5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience. within the consulting and human capital sectors
• Proven expertise with psychometrics. , including the ability to understand and lead the design and validation. of assessment tools
• Extensive experience with SPSS/Jamovi/R (or equivalent) and Microsoft Excel. for data analysis
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end projects, demonstrating excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to operate independently and make well-informed decisions to drive project success
• Technical ability to effectively communicate business requirements with technology teams. Sound understanding of assessment-related software
• Experience in building and managing assessment systems or platforms. with focus on user experience would be ideal

Responsibilities

• Product owner of the CORE assessment suite
• Lead the development and enhancement of assessment products,. collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including experts in psychometrics, technology, and consulting
• Manage the entire project lifecycle for creating assessment and development solutions,. from gathering requirements to launch, while ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines
• Demonstrate a proactive and self-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making, allowing for independent and efficient project navigation
• Evaluate and update assessment norms. to ensure the validity and relevance of products, while also exploring opportunities to enhance flexibility in assessment approaches
• Apply your deep understanding of psychometrics. to contribute to the design and validation of assessment tools, maintaining the highest standards of reliability and validity
