Summary

Join Trendyol Operations team and drive strategic priorities, lead impactful projects, and deliver technology-driven process improvements across all operations teams. You will identify opportunities, design solutions, and track key metrics to ensure measurable business impact. Combining benchmarking, best practices, and hands-on execution, you will partner with all operation departments on strategic topics and operational priorities. You will lead and support projects, manage scope and requirements, monitor key performance metrics, and design comprehensive analyses and models to identify challenges and solutions. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in e-commerce or consulting, and excellent communication skills in English and Turkish. Requirements

• University degree preferably in Engineering, Economics, Management
• 3 - 5 years of e-commerce, consulting or equivalent work experience preferred
• Strong experience in interpreting both quantitative and qualitative results of analyses, believing data is the most powerful tool for informed decision-making
• Highly analytical and comfortable with complex business problems and decision, creative problem solver who thrives with ambiguity
• Comfortable with the big picture as well as small details with a sense of analytical thinking, detail-orientation and eagerness to learn with agile mindset
• Passionate to working with multiple stakeholders and excellent communicator who can build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders - numbers are key, but business can only be built with people
• Excellent command of gsheet/excel, good command of BI tools and SQL preferred
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Turkish
• Open to direct feedback culture, prone to constant learning, taking initiative and not avoiding responsibility, self-motivated, highly adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing and fluid environment

Responsibilities

• Partnering with all operation departments on strategic topics and operational priorities
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and strategies with technology solutions by benchmarking, and finding best practices
• Leading and/or supporting ops projects and new initiatives and managing the scope and requirements for all stakeholders
• Monitoring key performance metrics and executing project plans with teams to improve business processes and functions
• Designing comprehensive analyses and models to identify challenges and solutions with support on decision making across the company
