Summary

Join Pacvue as a Business Solutions Associate and play a key supporting role in helping customers adopt and implement our eCommerce advertising solutions. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure excellent customer support and guidance on platform utilization. This entry-level SaaS role offers hands-on experience in value selling, customer support, and data analysis. You will learn about Pacvue's products, assist Business Solution Partners and Account Executives, stay updated on industry trends, and maintain organized customer records. The position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with comfort working with data and analytics. Requirements

• Some experience in a customer support, sales, or marketing role
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
• Eager to learn, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively
• Comfortable working with data and analytics tools with a focus on generating the next steps, outcomes, and impact
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with teams in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand Pacvue’s products and solutions to assist bringing the voice of the customer into everything we do
• Support Business Solution Partners and Account Executives with pre-sales support, including presentations, data analyses and training sessions
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in eCommerce and SaaS solutions
• Assist in documenting customer interactions and maintaining organized records

Preferred Qualifications

SaaS, CPG or media experience
